Pre-Purchase Survey

Insurance Survey

Provides a documented assessment of structural, mechanical, electrical, and safety systems to support financing, meet insurance underwriting requirements, or assist with estate planning.
Damage Survey
Performed following an adverse incident to document the extent of damage, assess probable cause, and provide recommendations for repair. Often required to support insurance claims and establish repair scope and cost estimates.
